Thank you it was one of my favorite places to photograph until I moved to Colorado. Thanks so much for the compliments.

I love the ocean and the conditions were great with a storm coming in and the waves larger than usual for that time of year. There was a hurricane out in the pacific in South America and its energy was beginning to have an effect on the swells.Editing
Yes , I used lightroom and photoshop along with a new program at the time "Photomatix" that gave it that tone mapped look and I used lightroom to dial it back a bit and accentuate the colors in the water and waves. It was a learning experience that worked out and one of my favorite images. Currently using Lightroom Classic, Photoshop mainly and I also use Topaz Studio, Denoise AI, Luminar 4 and HDR. I also have Luminar AI but never use it. I have also preordered Luminar Neo so when it gets released I'll give it a try and see if it does anything I'll want to put into my workflow. In my camera bag
Now I use a Nikon D7200 and the Z50 with its native lenses the 16-50 and 50-250 For the D7200 I use a Nikon 28-70 2.8, 35 1.8 Tamron 100-400 and 150-600 which I also use with the Z50 and the FTZ adapter. It depends on what I'm going out for that determines what's in my bag. My tripod is a Fiesol tournament carbon fiber with a Sirui Ball head. Will be also going with the Nikon Z6II sometime in the next few months. Hey the Z9 looks fantastic too but out of my price range.Feedback
I don't use Photomatix anymore but when I want a high dynamic range image I usually will use lightroom classic. You will need the right conditions if its a landscape, of course now with AI maybe you don't unless you want the fun of doing it yourself. Also Luminar HDR looks great with the right images and a light hand.
