Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken last summer in Malta. I am a self taught photographer and i live in London.

Time

This photo was taken at sunset . I was on my last day in Malta and i went to take more photos to remember the beautiful place i was visiting.

Lighting

The photo was taken in natural light, no blitz was involved .

Equipment

I shoot this photo with my 600 D Canon with my 18-55 mm lens ( my kit lens). No other gear was involved .

Inspiration

It was my first attempt to photograph a sunset and i was experiencing with the lens i had at that time 18-55 mm.

Editing

No post -processing

In my camera bag

My bag has all my gear i own because i don't have a lot of stuff. So I always carry all my lenses ( 18-55 mm; 75-300 mm and my newest on 50 mm 1:4), a hood for my lenses and the charger in case of need and I have a place were I can charge my battery. I owe a tripod as well but i don't always have it with me.

Feedback

Just try shooting with and without your blitz and see which one you like best. Another good idea is to overexpose your shoot while shooting without any extra light ( blitz included) and choose the one you like best.
