As I was getting in the car one evening after a photoshoot, I discovered this amazing sunset.

I was hiking a trail that went under this bridge a few years back. Just had my point and shoot with me. But I liked how this turned out.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my living room on our couch.

Time

This was taken in the afternoon.

Lighting

No special lighting was used. I just opened all the blinds to let all of the outside light come into the room.

Equipment

I used my Canon EOS Rebel T3 with an 18-55mm lense. No other gear was used for this photo.

Inspiration

My daughters' friends love our dog and wanted him to have Prom photos done with them. So, of course we had to put a bow tie on him! He was sitting so pretty on the couch, and I got this cute shot of him.

Editing

I just brightened it up a little bit.

In my camera bag

My Canon Rebel T3, 18-55mm lense, and my Canon zoom lense 75-300mm. I'm just a beginner, so I don't own a lot of equipment yet.

Feedback

When you shoot indoors, use as much outside natural light as possible. I opened up all the blinds to brighten up the room.
