Sun was going down, ambient lights were fading fast. So I decided to give classic beach photography a try and here is the result.Equipment
It was a Canon S500 camera.Inspiration
She was one of my office senior and mentor, over a period of time I had learned a lot from her in both professional and personal aspects. Somehow, I felt that a decent photograph will be her farewell gift.Editing
Not much post processing as such. Just applied a few basic ones- modified contrast and sharpened the image a bit.In my camera bag

Beaches are great for photography specially during sunrise and sunset. Having a subject who is patient and willing to help you out, also play a major role in getting the perfect shot. Carry a tripod stand or gorilla pod if your photos seem shaky. Sunsets in particular happen very quickly at beaches, so keep a track of light as it begins to fade. There are limited attempts you have for the needed shot.
