Behind The Lens

Location

Friend,Oregon

Time

Around noon on a cooler, overcast spring afternoon.

Lighting

With mountain scenery I always try to make sure there aren't any big glare spots in the snow from the sun. They can sometimes "interrupt" a photo.

Equipment

Canon EOS Rebel T3i camera with an EF 75-300 zoom lense.

Inspiration

Mt.Hood is a staple to those living or from Oregon,so you can never pass up the opportunity to photograph it. The country landscape messed well with the mountain scenery.

Editing

Just saturated the photo from color to black & white

In my camera bag

I carry my zoom lense, macro lens, standard lens and a mini pop up tripod.

Feedback

Know your scenery/landscape and what will mesh well together and what won't go well together. Take your time and don't be afraid to go from color to black and white.
