This was taking the day after we rescued my dog from the shelter. The day we got her was the day she was due to be killed. She was 9months old. She had kennel cough (a dog cold), entropian ( her eye slashes were curling in instead of out causing pain to her eye) and mange. She found comfort, safety and love from my boyfriend ( ex now) and this was one of the better memories I have.
