This photograph was taken in my parent's kitchen on the first day I had my Canon T3i.Time
My new camera arrived around noon and I immediately unpackaged it and began snapping away by early afternoon.Lighting
Honestly, the lighting just happened to work out really well. I was just testing out the camera settings and it all just came together.Equipment

I was looking for a model to shoot since my camera just arrived. There wasn't anyone around willing other than my gorgeous pit bull. I like to think he did a pretty good job!Editing

I'm not sure about your pup, but mine has two modes: insane or sleeping. I really had to be patient and wait for him to have a moment of peace but it was well worth following him around the house to capture this moment.
