This is a photography of two lilies that were against a friends house last year. It was your typical photograph with the mulch under it, stems, other blooms, and other flowers.
When I first started working on this photograph, I had intended only on minor adjustments and a very soft painterly look. Well, as you can see, that did not happen. I started picking out my textures and playing with each layer effect. By the time I was finished, this was the image I liked the best. Far from what I had initially intended, but I still like it, just the same. In fact; I read or was told that Red Wall Hangings sell the best. So, I guess I will wait and see.
