I'm in the weird part of Washington; Where Sasquatch are found bumming rides off unsuspecting travelers; where religious zealot cults spring from the sticks; where the roads wind endlessly into mountain mists.
Several days prior, while walking along Canon Beach, near the haystack, the southern winds whispered to my ghost, as her rains soaked into my bones. She said: "We are going north, and though we do not need your company, we will appreciate your companionship. Come, and bring your fury."
