Location
I took this photo in my hometown, Crieff, Scotland. A small country side town in the valleys.Time
This was just after the golden hour at night.Lighting
I used bicycle torches for the inside of the tent to give it a glow, and i let in enough light to keep the twlight sky.Equipment
I used my Canon 1100D, an old tripod, 18-55mm lens and bike torches.Inspiration
Ive always wanted to take a photo similiar to this, however this was a project given to me at college, as im studying photography, and we had to use artifical lighting to bring out a subject and to do it just after golden hour.Editing
I did small post production just to bring out the subject. In my camera bag
I normally have my canon 1100D, 18-55mm, 50mm, extra SD cards.Feedback
The key to a photo like this is too keep trying, to be at your location hours before you plan to shoot and to be set up. However when the perfect light comes you need to work fast, hence the early prep. Also this isnt my dream photo because i could of used more lights on the trees and ground, however i was working towards a deadline and didnt have enough lights, so definitely make sure you have everything before you leave the house!
