Nice image. However there are few dirt spots on your image. Your camera's sensor probably eeds some cleaning by a professional technician. Keep your photos coming.

I agree ! I cleaned the lens "after the fact". Thanks for the tip. Regards from Brazil.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken Camboriu beach, southern Brazil right by the pier.

Time

I like this photo. Was taken on a sunny Sunday in the morning. Not to many people on the pier at that time. It usually gets very crowded in sunny days like that.

Lighting

Nothing special. I just decided to try setting the camera on the ground just to see how it comes out.

Equipment

Nikon D7100 camera with a fisheye lens (Rokinon 8mm). I defished the picture using Lightroom lens corrections. It worked out pretty well. No tripod and no flash for this one and no filters either.

Inspiration

I remember seeing a photo on a pier with the camera sitting on the floor. I decided to try myself something similar.

Editing

Lightroom basically, lens correction, some color adjustments and little of saturation boost.

In my camera bag

The Nikon D7100 and a few lens like 50mm, 35mm the kit one 18mm-200mm and my favoritie baby the 8mm fisheye, off-camera flash, a set of filters including ND (graduated), etc

Feedback

A wide-angle helps to get that type of amplitude. The picture actually has some dirt spots (you can notice it in the sky) that I forgot to clean up when post-processing it. Something for me to remember to always do.
