This photo was taken early one morning on my way to work. I often stop to enjoy the quiet moments and take in the serenity of natures beauty.Lighting
The early morning sunshine gave a golden hue to the wings of my subject and accented the surrounding water and grass.Equipment
I used my I Phone 6 to take this pic. I love capturing special moments and although I'm not a professional.... I usually take pics of things that catch my eye.Inspiration
I was enjoying the stillness of the cool Spring morning and watching as my target flapped his wings in the cool breeze..... Then suddenly but, gracefully he took off in flight. His graceful prescence caught my eye.Editing

Patience is the key. Relax and enjoy your surroundings. Take them in and visit often. Lake settings change with the time of day. I prefer the early mornings or sunset. The early mornings offer misty, foggy or mysterious settings and evening sunsets offer beautiful changing colors reflecting off the water. Nature is always abundant and makes for some beautiful and interesting subjects.
