Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo during a road trip to Pittsburgh with a friend. It was just a day trip for some rock climbing supplies, but when I saw this bridge, I just had to stop for a moment!

Time

This was taken in the late afternoon, on our way home.

Lighting

N/A

Equipment

This was shot using an Olympus point and shoot that I always carry around, just in case.

Inspiration

I loved the look of this bridge from the distance and just had to take a closer look. It crossed over a small river pretty high up. The bridge was a railway, with not much between you and the water!

Editing

I adjusted this in post to black & white and played with the contrast a bit.

In my camera bag

I always have some sort of equipment with me, even if it's just a point and shoot digital. You never know what sort of things you may come across!

Feedback

Always keep you eyes open for something that catches your eye. If it makes you say to yourself: "this is really interesting", STOP, and take a photo!
