Working for the National Park service is such a rewarding experience. My assignment from this past weekends Centennial event at the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park was to do portraits of the rein-actors. You can't have an event at the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park without Daniel Boone. I took this in the Cumberland Gap along the Wilderness road that Daniel Boone blazed. I wanted this portrait to be as authentic as possible, so we set up and shot this at sunset.
