Sunset made the perfect light for the simply fluffy flower in my yard to show out!Time
Sunset. Perfect timing.Lighting
I felt like the light would catch the little white tendrils, but I was not expecting the amazing blackout effect behind it. There were dark trees in thank drop and I just hit it right. I'm still learning so this was an accident that turned out well.Equipment
My Canon Rebel with a standard wide angle lenseInspiration
I'm fascinated by the world around me. Every detail is so finely tuned to perfection. Like the earth just breathes every stitch of life into perfect harmony all at once all of the time. Creation cries out that there is a master designer! Even this little wisp of a flower has its own little part to play.Editing
I only sharpened it slightly. The exposure was already just like I wanted it.In my camera bag
I have a zoom lense and my wide angle. I keep a tripod and several filter lenses I have yet to learn to use. I also have some light reflecting panels that I carry.Feedback
With flowers I love sunrise and sunset. Those golden hours seem to put a pause in the hustle of life that is even observed by the tiniest of plants. It's like they know the world is not awake yet and to be still and quiet. Dew drops seem to just hang eternally in place in those early hours.
