Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken just before we reached the Eiffel Tower, it was one of the many highlights of my trip.

Time

It was mid-afternoon and despite it being a cloudy day I was determined to get the perfect shot, we were walking around and the streets were bustling with people and I saw this beautiful tree and just had to take the shot.

Lighting

I thought that due to lack of natural lighting that I could somehow capture the beauty of nature and the Eiffel Tower even on the worst of days weather-wise.

Equipment

This was shot on a Nikon D3200 lens 18-55mm and no other equipment was used.

Inspiration

I adore France and its culture and I wanted to capture one of their most renowned structures and with that I wanted to do something different as most photos of the Eiffel Tower are just of its structure so I decided to incorporate part of nature into it.

Editing

No post-processing only adding the watermark.

In my camera bag

At the moment I only have my camera and two lenses.

Feedback

Don't force a photo to look perfect, be comfortable and patient and the perfect photo will come. Take lots of photos and with practise, the best always follows. Think outside the box to capture an original idea.
