I have been fascinating by this rock since the first time I have see it. The winter season is the best time to get the most beautiful sunset at Es Vedra. During the summer the sun is too far away of the rocks, that's why I took this picture off season.Equipment
I use my canon 5D Mark II, no flash no tripod. I use different wide angle lens to shoot such landscape.Inspiration
I am a professional photographer but landscape are not my cup of tea. But inside the picture there is girl setting and watching the sunset. That for me was the interesting shot. No landscape without an human inside, my motto.Editing
I tried to process the less possible the images, in fact this as only color balance and basic setting, no filters.In my camera bag
I use different cameras for different aims. I own a Nikon D80, a Canon 5D Mark II and soon the new camera for my street view ibiza is coming OMD EM5 Mark II. But the lens are really the eyes of the camera and those make the big difference. I love my 85mm prime lens 1.8 , I use the 10-20mm also and the stunning Zuiko lens for Olympus 12-40mm.Feedback
I think Ibiza is the most photographed place in Spain. The light and the scenes here are really stand out comparing with the others part of the world, and capturing this sunset is just magic and I want to encourage every one to come here at Es Vedra and capture the beauty of Ibiza's island.
