Does anyone else use a GoPro for serious photography?

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo driving 70mph to another location to try and get shot with this amazing sunset. I had a feeling I wasn't going to make the other location, the GoPro was handy, Taken in the west deserts of Utah near Gold Hill.

Time

Evening and the sun was setting fast.

Lighting

All natural lighting.

Equipment

GoPro Hero 3

Inspiration

Knowing I was going to miss taking some pro shots of this sunset I reached for the Go Pro and snapped of a dozen shots while driving towards and ideal location.

Editing

I used a slight HDR Filter, nothing more was used.

In my camera bag

Tripod, 360 timelapse, rails, batteries, SD Cards, cords, power pods, trail mix, water, the basics..

Feedback

Sometimes the best moment for the shot is when you click that shutter, no matter where or how fast your going. No need for fancy equipment, use whats available. Some of my best shots have been with a GoPro.
