I took the phone inside my house in the living room, I had the lights off in the house and the windows open when my cat jumped up and laid on me. I couldn’t help but do a small photo shoot with the lighting.Time

Natural lighting to me is the best. You can get harsh shadows if everything is angled just right. I just had the windows open for natural light and the rest of my house was dark to get the two extremes in the picture.Equipment

It’s super easy to get shots like this with natural and man mad lighting. Focus a light more on one area and have a dark background against it, angles help a lot with this too.
