Prosthemadera novaeseelandiae - another New Zealand native, with the distinctive white bib. Quite common in New Zealand, but not where I live.

This honey eater digs into the flax quite deeply - you can see its handiwork at the bottom of the frame. And the flax pollen above his beak. The white bib and wig are quite distinctive.
