Being a surfer I always had a passion for surfing photos. My GoPro enabled me to take to the water.Editing
I shoot in video mode and go thru that video frame by frame to extract the photo I'm looking for.In my camera bag
I only have 2 cameras. A GoPro Hero 3+ & a Ricoh Caplio R30 point and shoot.Feedback
My GoPro changed everything for me. I have a bird feeding station I call the Tapas Bar & a birdbath called the Tranquillity Pool. The GoPro is a remote controlled camera, so I can set it up on the edge of the Tapas Bar and operate from the comfort of my veranda 5 meters away. Because the camera is also waterproof, I can place the camera in the Pool to get a different perspective. The downside to the GoPro is it needs to be close to your subject. For shooting birds this needs to be less than 12 inches. Ideal for my set up. I got the GoPro to take shots for my blog; http://bradsburras.blogspot.com/2016/09/feeding-birds-good-or-bad-5-last-post.html
