man, I can relate to that. All through High School there was about 3 doz. of us kids who 'lived on the other side of the tracks', at least that is the way it felt. Most of the students had rich parents, and many of the kids bullied us....but EVERYONE lives on the OTHER SIDE OF THE TRACKS depending on your POV :) so in reality, everything should even out. Not one person is better than you or I or anyone else. We all have the right to exist and live a peaceful existence without fear of Judgment. But I know there are those who will still Judge and throw stones. My granddaughter is going through a rough time at school because of this. It just should not happen. We as Adults - should have come far enough that it does not exist for us. But I still believe in Miracles.
