I took this image in Azle Texas . At my Clients beautiful Ranch . The location turned out to be the most beautiful place for outdoor , sunset pictures .Time

We were actually under a huge Oak Tree that was just off to the right just a bit . While the sunset was putting off the most beautiful light in the background . The huge tree caused quit a bit of shadow . So I did fire 1 speed light through octabox enclosed umbrella for just enough beautiful fill light onto their faces .Equipment

Hillary the beautiful Mom in this photo has been a client since her college days where she and her sisters and friends all used me as their wedding photographer . Hillary graduated from Tarleton in Stephenville Tx . The wedding was full of purple which are the college colors . Hillary was a cheerleader and Nathan her now husband was a cowboy . A group of guys who in college wore the chaps and the whole cowboy get up . At the wedding all the guys wore their uniforms at the reception . It was somethings else :)) Since then came 3 beautiful blessings . And all three times Hillary chose me to create beautiful memories and continues to do so as they grow .. It's amazing how our clients become like family . It's really something special .Editing

I absolutely love my 200f2 . But while running after children for an he or so . That bad boy gets a little too heavy for me . Usually I start out with the 200. Then next onto my 70-200. And sometimes I like tomfinishnwith my 105 macro just to get some beautiful close ups of the littles :)))Feedback
Lighting is everything . If you don't get it right in camera . Then it's hard to bring out the wow factor in the image . I would say go for using Kelvin White Balance . Super easy after a few times . Watch the light . Don't lose detail over exposing . And just have fun with it . It's you passion . Your own unique vision . So just keep practicing and practicing and eventually you will get that straight out of Camera Raw image that you adore ..
