A lovely male spotted towhee and two golden-crowned sparrows scan for seed. The towhee, and mate, have been mixing with a group of various sparrows, they're all part of family Emberizine, the past couple of weeks in the Sierra Nevada foothills. I've been following two and waiting and finally got one of these beauties in frame.
