Location

This photo was taken in the Rocky Mountain National Park. This image is very special to me because it was taken on my cross country trip while I was moving from Chicago to Los Angeles in 2015.

Time

I took this picture as the sun was setting in one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the opportunity to visit. I laid on the cold pebble beach in mid October to capture this special moment as the waves crashed lightly on the shore just inches from my side.

Lighting

The lighting was all natural as the sun was in the process of setting.

Equipment

This image was shot on a Cannon 60D.

Inspiration

I wanted to capture the beauty of the world's natural elements at this beautiful national park in this photo.

Editing

Slight color correction.

In my camera bag

Cannon 60D, wide angle lens, and 50 mm lens.
