We were told, "Clouds moving in, no sunshine today in South Central Alaska..." Well, when the clouds broke and started rolling away, I packed my gear, jumped in the truck and headed to one of my favorite spots. This is the North Fork of Eagle River and the water you see is actually running on top of a layer of ice. I got as close as I could to get some decent reflections and ended up in about a foot of COLD water! Hope you enjoy!
