Salisbury Cathedral's incredible spire can be seen for miles. Most people driving by won't see it from this angle, taken from a table in the cafe at the Cathedral.

This photo was taken in May 2013 with my 2006 Panasonic Lumix automatic. I loved that camera. For some reason, especially after I learned to manipulate settings manually to the greatest extent possible in an automatic of the time, it seemed to know what I wanted from a lighting-shutter speed standpoint. My husband laughs when I say that, but I swear it learned what my favourite settings were for different situations. It had a Lumix lens, which was rare in automatics, and it took beautiful pictures. I used that poor camera to death and even though I'm now doing all my own settings and have a much higher quality camera now, I miss my Lumix.
