Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on a stop in Banff National Park in 2013. We we're on the way from Manitoba to Vancouver B.C. Took a little break from driving and discovered this beautiful spot along the way. The settings were just perfect for this shot.

Time

This shot was taken in the early afternoon.

Lighting

Didn't use any lighting.

Equipment

Camera I used for this one was just a Fuji FinePix 2950. Used this cam as a travel one.

Inspiration

The scenery and the way the clouds were coming in.

Editing

None

In my camera bag

My normal equipment is a Canon 5D and a 7D with several different lenses from regular 18-55 up to a 600-2000.

Feedback

Keep you eyes open and be patient. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to get the "right" shot.
