As you are using fire, always use a big open space. Buy some sweet wool, a hand egg mixer/ beater and a long piece of rope. Tie the rope to the end of the beater, insert the steel wool inside the beater. Pull the wool so it's about to break, just to make it bit bigger. Then use a lighter and burn the steel wool till it all starts to glow. Then gently, but reasonably fast, start swinging the whole thing in a circle. Be vary careful as glowing hot amber fly out and if they land on you, they will burn you. Wear a hard or cap to stop amber falling in your hair and a long sleeve top to stop your arms from burning.
