A Rainy Day with a Snowy

This winter has been weird with the weather. Warm, cold, rain, snowy, who knows but the wildlife always seems to know what season it is. This beautiful snowy owl was hunkered down on a rainy day in the fence line as the break was starting to appear in the clouds. It is always amazing to see how camouflaged these owls are when not perched up.
I also would like to give a quick update on things for me. Right now my dad is still in the hospital and had a second surgery on his back today. He has been in since mid January after the first surgery on his spine, so I have been extremely busy helping out and running the farm but I will be sure to keep snapping images and posting as much as I have time for.
