Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Charlotte North Carolina USA. I am a self learner photographer and every click is a new lesson for me.

Time

I remember visiting the park around 5 PM in the evening and saw this beautiful formation of sunlight. I was lucky to get this composition and captured it in my camera's memory.

Lighting

It was a natural sun light beautifully penetrating the tree. It was just about compositing the image right and it came out to be a beautiful image of sun rays.

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon 70D with canon lens 70-200 mm.

Inspiration

Me and my wife were walking through the park and luckily I had my camera with me.

Editing

It just do cropping and little bit of re-touching in Lightroom 5.

In my camera bag

The first thing I always pack in my bag is my favorite lens Canon 70-200 mm and my Canon 70D. If I am aware of the timing then I generally pack my tripod along with me which helps me in capturing the nice long expose photos as well.

Feedback

Best tip to capture these kind of image is , be at the right place at the right time :-)
