The Photo was taken in the Zoo in Jerusalem, there were no fences so I could get very close.Time

I would say, first of all patience.look for a nice angle, don't take that picture right away, walk around and find the best view for the object. at least for architecture shots, if you shoot wildlife, you won't probably have those chances, you have to be quick and capture it right away.
