Wow i love this bird. it seems to me he/he is the king/queen among the birds. I love the details in the eyes too.

Behind The Lens

Location

The Photo was taken in the Zoo in Jerusalem, there were no fences so I could get very close.

Time

It was in November in the early afternoon, at 14:29 to be precise :)

Lighting

No flash no lighting, only natural sunlight

Equipment

It was shot with my old Canon 400D and a 70-300mm lens, ISO 200, no tripod was used

Inspiration

When I saw them, they looked very majestic, I had to wait a while until he moved his head, I think his position makes this photo so special

Editing

No Photoshop was used but I worked a little on it in Lightroom

In my camera bag

At the moment I have a Canon 700D, a Canon 10-18mm, Canon 50mm and a Sigma70-300mm lens

Feedback

I would say, first of all patience.look for a nice angle, don't take that picture right away, walk around and find the best view for the object. at least for architecture shots, if you shoot wildlife, you won't probably have those chances, you have to be quick and capture it right away.
