This was taken around 10 am on a cold morning. Had to keep slipping the camera inside my coat next to my body to keep it warm!Lighting
I am just an amateur photographer. If I like the way it looks, I take the shot. I would love perfect lighting everytime, but in the Adirondacks, you take what you get.Equipment
I was using my Nikon D3200 with the 70-200mm lens.Inspiration
You always get great shots of the falls. One of my favorite spots to shoot.Editing
No post processing. Like I said, I am an amateur. I have been an avid one though. I have had a camera in my hand since I was 14 and got my first 35 mm from National Bellas Hess. It was a catalog store. I had to babysit all summer to save. My grandmother ordered it for me and the rest is history. I love landscapes. You can so easily become lost in what you are shooting. I would love the Adobe Photoshop Pro but it is very expensive. I no longer am able to work so it is now out of the question. Anyway, I love the shot in the natural lighting. In my camera bag
In my bag I have my Nikon D3200 with 2 lenses, monopole, cleaning supplies, tripod.Feedback
The only thing I can say is, if you like it, take several shots from different angles, a few steps left or right could make all the difference. Do not give up! Keep shooting every day, even if it is a dandelion.
