In Buzkashi, though players play in teams, but each player's aim is to drag the Calf's carcass toward a goal- the way he wants- and gain the credit only for himself. He doesn't care how fierce it gets, who gets hurt or what it takes. The one who gets the job done usually gets an amount of money as prise from those who organise the game. They are usually the big players in politics and economy.
