Again more fun with masks and layers to create the final image of a man going insane from within.

Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the models hous in his lounge with the windows facing him.

Time

This would have been around midday with daylight through a west facing window.

Lighting

The idea comes from a Jekyll & Hyde idea, the different sides of one's personality fighting for dominance inside.

Equipment

I used my Canon 6D with a 24mm-70mm lens, handheld with natural daylight from behind me.

Inspiration

Im a fan of Hammer Horror, fantasy, madness and strangeness. The dark side can be fun to play with!

Editing

Photoshop was the main post-processing software used for this, mainly for masking. Effects used were from DXO's Nik collection.

In my camera bag

My Canon 6d body with a 24-70mm lens, 70-200mm lens, 50mm prime lens and a 105mm prime lens.

Feedback

Plan before hand what you want, work out each image, take a few variations of each and have fun with the masking!
