Location
When I was walking my dog in the bright sunshine one morning taking a few pictures here and there I saw this flower. Right in front of someones garden I didn't know, it shone so brightly as it reflected the sun. I instantly knew I had to capture it in a photo.Time
I took this photo on a sunny afternoon after I got back from school. A few clouds helped shade the sun from scorching my back.Lighting
The lighting was absolutely perfect with no alterations needed on my part. The clouds provided as an excellent diffuser. Everything was set up naturally to create a perfect shot environment.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon PowerShot SX260 HS, just a simple point and shoot, with no tripod but my arm leaning on my leg as I crouched to take the picture.Inspiration
What inspired me to take this photo was the perfectness of the flower and how the sun caught it almost making it glow. It stood out from all the flowers around it as the one that surpassed them all in perfect beauty.Editing
Nothing was done to this photo. No filters used. Nature created this beauty perfect. In my camera bag
I normally just take around with me my point and shoot and a tripod. I also carry around a simple cleaning kit for emergencies, but nothing special.Feedback
This photo was solely created by mother nature. I think luck has a lot to do with it because I really didn't need to do anything to the photo. What I do think helped is to set your camera for the mode you are mostly likely going to need it on and be ready to take that picture because nature changes in seconds and if I had waited for a bit longer, who knows but the clouds might of moved changing the picture completely.
