Location
This is the famous Bibi ka Makbara at Aurangabad, India. People always confuse this with the famous Taj Mahal. There is a long history behind this.Time
This was taken at the brightest moment of the day - a little past noon when the sunlight was hitting the marble directly and bringing out the shimmer off this lovely monument.Lighting
I was lucky to have visited this place at noon when the direct sunlight brought out the shimmer, glory and shine of this monument.Equipment
I clicked this with my HTC 820s Cell phone, so there weren't many settings that i tried out.Inspiration
The time! Clicked at noon with direct sunlight on the monument and very less public to bomb the pics. I had to click this with my cellphone camera when I thought I had the right view.Editing
No, as this was a cellphone pic, did not try anything different apart from a little bit of cropping. In my camera bag
Nikon D5300, a simple tripod and the usual Nikkor lenses. I usually buy good camera cellphones for those impromptu pics required when you have no time to set your DSLR.Feedback
I have always stressed on timings, sunlight, angle and a photographers point of view. Every moment and picture has something unique which is gathered basis your viewpoint. Tweak your angle, check for a different way of clicking a normal picture which could turn out into a really unique one!
