Location
I was traveling around my home town in south east Saskatchewan. This is a fence along some backroad.Time
It was right around sunset ...so I'm guessing around 6:00Lighting
The sun was just going down, as seen in the background. You can see some sun rays reflecting off the snow on the fence.Equipment
I have a Canon Rebel, I had my 75mm - 300mm lens telephoto lens.Inspiration
I just love hoarfrost. When I was traveling for some winter scenic photos, I noticed the snow on the fence and decided to capture it.Editing
I adjusted the levels a little so it was a bit brighter and higher contrast, but not much was needed on this photo. In my camera bag
I have a wide angle lens, a macro lens, a telephoto lens and my 18-55 mm lens. I have a case with several memory cards and back up batteries. My tripod is usually in my car... but I seldom use it.Feedback
Just keep your eyes open. If you are looking for a specific shot you have to be patient sometimes, and sometimes you just travel down a dirt road and find the shot you want! Find a special angle or viewpoint to figure out creative way to capture an image.
