Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a Nursery in WhiteRock BC outside of Vancouver BC

Time

It was mid-afternoon, inside the nursery

Lighting

There was lots of natural light coming from the full glassed front of the building, as well as overhead lighting.

Equipment

I took it on my Coolpix S9100, automatic settings, no flash

Inspiration

I was taking photos of everything in this nursery

Editing

Yes, I cropped the photo and enlarged it and tweeked the color

In my camera bag

I usually have two cameras in my bag or one in the car. I use a 35 mm Canon automatic for instant photos for my albums, Coolpix S9100, and Lumix - Panasonic automatic

Feedback

I can't comment on any camera that needs to be set up for each photo but for automatics with selections, I tend to use the close-up selection on scenerywith the lens adjustment onr close-up. I find if I can get a good focus on the shot then I can make adjustments on the computer by cropping it around the part of the photo that I like best and enhancing light or darkening it and saturating color if need be.
