On Hwy V heading west in the northern section of Dane County sit some of the best farms in the area. This year, 2008, we had substantial flooding from torrential rains. So, what was farmable land became wetlands, which is what they were before dredging. Driving down the road this was the scene before our eyes. Couldn't help but jump out of the minivan and take a bunch of pics. Beautiful!
