It was one of the most stunning sunrises i've witnessed, had to hike for about 45min to reach the top of the mountain. This was taken at around 5:30 AMLighting
As i got up the mountain it was disappointing to see a cloud cover, however, it worked in my favour as the morning light leaking through the clouds created a dramatic sky.Equipment

Living in the foothills of the The Himalayas and watching the most beautiful sunrises as a ritual was more than an inspiration to climb up the mountain and expect the most majestic view of the sun rising over the Himalayan ranges.Editing

As a rule of thumb sunrises and sunsets are definitely the best time to shoot landscapes, every element in the view becomes more alive and vibrant. Never go for a perfect shot as it would never come, and what you get at that moment is the perfect photo.
