I photographed this to highlight perspective using a longer focal length to compress and draw in the background to tie the composition together using the 3 widows: the doorway, the window, and the ancient natural arch in the distant background.Editing
I added clarity and sharpness, contrast and midtone curves. I also burned in the slightly overexposed background of the natural rock arch through the window to balance the composition and exposure variations. In my camera bag

In landscape photography, always remember to enjoy the process and most importantly the surroundings. Take in those moments as they are happening. It can be easy to get too caught up with all the technicalities of making the image. In the process you risk missing the subtle beauty found in the changing light, the air and the ambiance. That stuff is super important in capturing in the real world experience so the image will always bring you back to how that moment FELT.
