Location
This was taken in my backyard.Time
Normal routine playtime in the morning with her 2 furry sisters. Very cold and windy day with flurries. She, as the deaf dog, often stop and feel something like she can hear. She was trying to 'hear' the wind. She was trying to understand what hitting her face.Lighting
Ambient light through grey sky.Equipment
Nikon 3200. No flash, no tripod as I run in and grabbed the closest camera that I can reach to capture this moment. She was in her moment about good 5 minutes.Inspiration
I just love to see how she sees the world. She uses everything else in her senses to "hear" and understand this world. She does stop and see well.Editing
Yes, sharpened it and cropped it.In my camera bag
Nikon d750, 85mm lens, 35 lens, 70-200 lens, speed light, B1 500 with beauty dish, Nikon 3200, ND filters, monopod, and notebook to note everything I did and everything I think of something creative.Feedback
Understand your subject to anticipate the moment to capture.
