National Gallery Singapore, opened to the public with much fanfare last month, comprises of the both the old Supreme Court and the City Hall next to one another is indeed a new icons landmark which marks a new chapter in our relatively modern and short history of just fifty years. A new space for Fine Art. I would even compare it to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, in tern of space and collections. The gallery itself is a goo example of Fine Art architecturally.
