Timing is everything! Also, using your camera on the sequential shooting setting helps too!

Here you see my son in law playing a game of "toss the card" after Thanksgiving dinner 2009. The whole family got into the act and tried to learn to toss a card with such finesse as this. Well, the whole family besides me! Instead of playing I was standing ready in front of each person as they tried their hand at a toss... or two, or ten.

I took over 200 photos total and came up with what I consider two perfect shots - with the card facing directly at the camera!

I'm pretty darn proud of it!
