Thank you Lisa. Picture was taken in a little park where you hardly ever see people. When we visited this park again two weeks later, the colors were all gone.

Location
Picture was taken in a little parc called Speelhof in Belgium, St.Truiden. The parc lies just opposite a large place where you could visit a flea market every Saturday (nowadays it takes place on Sunday). So we first visited the market and then took a stroll through the parc. The colors of the leaves were so beautiful. And the trees were screaming:’picture me’. Because I had the intention to take a walk in the parc and make pictures, I had my Nikon with me.Time
It must have been around 11or 12 am. With hardly any visitors, so I could look for the best spot to take pictures.Lighting
The light made the reflection of the trees in the water look like a fairytale.Equipment
I had my Nikon d7100 with me, 18-300mm. Because I had left my case at home, I didn‘t use a tripod. No flash used either.Inspiration
The colors of the trees, and the blue sky, even though it was October, and the reflection of the whole picture in the water, inspired me.Editing
I did some post-processing. I sharpened a bit, and made the colors even more jumping out. And of course I shoot in raw and jpg. In raw there are so much more possibilities to make corrections.In my camera bag
When I have just my Nikon with me I use only one lens: the 18-300mm Tamron. If I have my case with me, I also have a Nikkor lens 16-150mm with me, as well as my Sony Dsh9, a mini tripod, spare batteries and memory cards, some cleaning material, and (don’t laugh now) a book on how to use the Nikon d 7100. You can always learn something and do better. Unfortunately our home got robbed last week, and, among other things, my three cameras with accessories were stolen. The Nikon and the Sony, and a canon a85 that I won as a first price in a photo contest years ago. So I won’t be able for a while to take any pictures until I have decided what to buy as replacement. You cannot imagine how angry I am right now.Feedback
If you would like to take a similar picture, I would like to suggest to try different angles. You might be surprised by the results. And if you have the time, try different times of the day. Just remember: Monet did that all the time. He made paintings from one subject on different hours of the day.
