Like Swirro says you half expect to see the Balrog chasing the Gandalf and the Fellowship with Orc arrows flying.

wauw thanks, i was so happy to see this result on the computer because we weren't allowed to take pictures, just so the group would not be slowed down. so i had to take the picture hand held, hiding from the guide. but alsow such a shame when i imagine how it could have looked with a tripod.

it was in the afternoon, but its always the same lightning condition in the caves ;)Lighting
It was pretty dark in the caves, but the lights on the road en the beams of light in to the depts created a beautifull scene.Equipment
i used the nikon D3100 and kit lens, i wish i had a tripod. But taking pictures was not allowed, so i had to hide my camara under my coat and hold my camara as still as posible when taking the shot, cause a slow shutterspeed was needed to get this picture.Inspiration
walking around is these giant caves its not hard to get inspired. you get a real lord af the rings feel walking on the small roads.Editing

nissin I40, redged tripod, i have updated to a nikon D7200 with the 18-140.Feedback
just visit beautifull places, you wont have to work to hard to get wonderfull pictures.
