Location

This photo was taken in Yanchep Western Australia.

Time

Was about 4pm and was a scary moment as the fire's were very close to residential.

Lighting

not too much really, higher F-stop due to lots of smoke...

Equipment

Canon 5D mkiii 28-105mm lens

Inspiration

There were police, fire brigade, water plans and helicopters all over the area, about 6 acres was burnt in all, and the smoke and fire were very close to my house, i went up into the thick of it hoping to get a great shot.

Editing

bit of dark light fill but no nothing really....

In my camera bag

Lots, a few 5d mkiii's lots of lenses and prepared for any situation....i photogrpah bands, landscapes, weddings and everything between so am always prepared
