I was in Paris during the terrorist attacks in Paris on 11-13-15. Despite the fear of any future attacks, I walked around the city the days following it and captured so many amazing images. However, this one was my favorite. I took this photo of the tower just three days after the attacks. Until this evening, the tower had remained dark as it mourned for the precious lives that were lost. It was an incredible site to witness as people hugged strangers, cried tears of redemption and danced in the streets. It will be a memory that I will always cherish.
