This particular ice cave is the last of its kind on the Mendenhall Glacier and will likely be gone in a year or so. Due to the rapid rate of the glacier melting, new caves won't develop for decades so this surreal turquoise-toned world will be long gone. I was lucky to see it and even luckier to have pulled off this shot in 5 minutes as the melting water from above rained down on me and my camera.
